Our agents are trained to look for the right property that suit your requirements and to show you the area so that you can sit back and relax while making that important decision for yourself without the added pressure of a salesman "advising" what is best for you.

With this in mind, we can arrange a visit to the beautiful Northern Costa Blanca and Costa Del Azahar, organising your flights, hotels and car hire if you want it.

Because we have a no pressure sales policy you will initially pay for this by credit card but, should you buy through Hamiltons of London, we will refund your expenses up to €500.00.

Why should you pay? Well, quite simply, there are many so called "Estate Agents" willing to pay for your inspection tour for free or at a subsidised rate, and the usual routine for these agents is to make sure that you don't leave their grasp for the whole trip. They will chaperone you anywhere and everywhere in an attempt to try and close a deal and keep you out of the hands of other agents. This leaves many people exhausted from their trip and quite often they have not enjoyed themselves. This simply isn't the way in which Hamiltons of London works.

So, what do we do that's different? The choice is yours. Because you are paying for the trip in the first place, and because of our no pressure sales policy we will tailor your trip to what YOU want to do. If you are coming on a 3 or 4 day visit, you will certainly want some time to relax in addition to looking for your dream home. You tell us when you want to view and for how long each day.

If you don´t want to be picked up at the airport, preferring instead to hire a car, that is your choice but we are also more than happy to collect you and drop you off at your hotel destination to give you time to unwind from the journey and relax before taking you out to see properties.

We will set up a list of properties that suit your specific requirements. Our agents will take you on a tour not just of properties for sale, but also of the area so that you can get a real feel of where you could be buying. This will make it a much more comfortable and enjoyable day.

We prefer you to enjoy your visit than be pressurised in to buying something you don´t really want. The good news is that we deal with most agents along the coast so if we don´t have the ideal home on our own portfolio of over 1,600 properties, we will do the legwork with other agents on your behalf. However, if you want, you can also approach any other agent of your choice and that is absolutely fine with us.

By refunding your inspection trip expenses we are not putting pressure on our sales staff to sell to you. In essence we offer something that nobody else does and that is an inspection trip that you can fully enjoy.
