The area that has become Teulada in the Costa Blanca begun its history during the upper Paleolithic period and evidence for this has been found in the Cova de la Cendra cave, this was followed by the legacies left by the bronze age and the Iberian culture. The Medieval Market is about to begin and the town returns to the Middle Ages with bustling streets filled with the sights, sounds, and smells of its past.
During this time, it is lovely to mix with the whole Teulada community meeting with friends and neighbours to stroll through the marketplace. Here you can admire the artisan craftwork from intricate leatherwork to delicate jewellery. In addition, you will be tantalised by the aroma of roasted meat, sweet pastries and refreshing medieval drinks.
