Covered terrace with sea views and overlooking the pool, with chill out-sofas. Rectangular pool of 8x4m fenced for the safety of children with built-in stairs and not very deep (0’90-1’65), where you can enjoy swimming with view to the sea and the mountains. The chlorine-system of the pool is ecologic. Around the pool you can enjoy the large area of articicial lawn, ideal for having a sunbath, external shower and 6 sunloungers. Built-in barbecue with electric grill. Large parking on the plot for 3-4 cars.  Distances: 4 km to Calpe, 5 km to the beach “Arenal-Bol” with main promenade, 4 km to the next supermarket and 3 km to the bus-stop and train-station Denia-Alicante.
