This wonderful bungalow was built in 1998 in traditional spanish style with wood and stone features roughly midway between the typical Spanish villages of Benigembla and Murla. Although built in a traditional style the home has a modern feel with clean neutral colours throughout. The house, which is in fantastic condition having been lovingly cared for by its owners who bought it soon after it was built, is suitable as both a holiday and permanent home.

The entrance to the property is down a small flight of paved stairs pand onto the covered patio with its views of the surrounding valley and mountains. Double doors take you into the open plan and airy lounge with stone fireplace, wood framed windows, shutters and hot and cold air-conditioning. Leading off from the lounge is a good size open plan dining room and an average size kitchen with wood units, washing machine, fridge and hob.

A short passageway takes you directly into the bathroom with toilet, basin, units, heating and all-over enclosed shower. Either side of the bathroom are double bedrooms with built in cupboards, ceiling fans and large wood shuttered windows.

Externally the covered patio provides cover from the midday sun but lets the sun rays in during the morning and the afternoon, as the proud owners put it "this is our favourite room in the house and where we spend most of our time". A short flight of stairs takes you down into the flat garden which has been laid to tiles and stones to provide a maintenance free environment. From the garden their are 360 degree views of the surrounding mountains and valley.

There is off-street parking for at least one car and more than enough space for a carport. Currently there is no pool in the property but there is ample room for a large pool if required. Piped gas is also available but currently not used.

This is country living at its best. A small peaceful urbanizacion that is within walking distance of two good villages with their bars and restaurants, plus a short drive will take you to a number of other villages and local centres such as Jalon.
