This delightful four bed home is situated in the valleys midway between Lliber and Gata de Gorgos. The gardens are well maintained and have been laid to stone throughout along with attractive shrubs and plants that require minimal maintenance.

The cost of running the home is significantly cheaper than normal with large solar panels providing hot water throughout the year for the pool, the showers and the central heating. Gas is used for cooking and to supplement the hot water generated by the solar panels, some of which are also used to supplement the electricity supply.

A solar system is also used to keep the home dry and fresh during the summer months as well as those months when the home isn't occupied. The home also benefits from burglar bars, persianas and mosquito nets throughout.

This home offers excellent value especially for those who are looking for a little peace and quite and who would appreciate being a little closer to nature.
