The home enjoys both air-conditioning and central heating as well as an external Spanish style closed courtyard.
The kitchen is fitted with an Aga style gas stove, washing machine, dishwasher and fridges.
2. The main house (holiday rental 1)
The original house can be let as a separate property as it has its own entrance. Downstairs there are 2 double bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and a storage room. Upstairs there is a large open plan living room plus kitchen with breakfast bar. There is also a closed naya and a large terrace that enjoys wonderful views over the valley and the mountains. The home benefits from heating. The property can sleeps six and achieves between 85 and 140 Euros per day depending on the time of year.
3. Holiday rental 2
The largest of the rental homes, this is a huge property that can sleep up to 12 persons. Entrance is via large double glass sliding doors into an open plan living area and kitchen that measures 25m x 13m. There also 5 double bedrooms, 5 showers, toilets and a sauna. The property benefits from hot and cold conducted air-conditioning. The property achieves between 185 and 250 Euros per day in the winter and summer months respectively.
4. Holiday rental 3
A four bed property that is designed for families, the home has a closed naya, BBQ area, open plan living room and fully fitted kitchen with breakfast bar. The property sleeps six and achieves 85 Euros per day in the winter and over 120 Euros per day in the summer months.
5. Holiday rental 4
The most private of the holiday rentals, this 2 bed villa sleeps six and has an open plan living room and fully fitted kitchen. It also has a covered patio and achieves a minimum of 85 Euros per day depending on the time of year.
6. Holiday rental 5
The smallest of the properties, this single bed cottage has one double bedroom, open plan living room and kitchen. The property is suitable for couples and achieves upwards of 59 Euros per day.
The property has been developed to take full advantage of the rental potential whilst still maintaining some privacy. It is equipped with a 40KW generator and two fresh water tanks holding around 150,000 litres of water. Electricity is mains supplied whilst waste water goes into a number of separate septic tanks. There is also solar heating which is currently only used to warm the pool.
