Although Moraira sees plenty of tourists throughout the year the focus is on year-round residential living ensuring that there are a number of very good local businesses, a theatre, doctors surgery and sports facilities. Moraira is considered to be one of the most exclusive areas of the northern Costa Blanca with plenty of luxury villas with private pool and incredible views for the wealthier families looking for a home to buy here. However, there are also lovely urbanisations with shared pools which are more affordable and where costs are shared between the community to maintain shared pools and gardens and this represents a more affordable option. 

Denia

This is the largest town in the northern Costa Blanca region and has the amenities of a small city but still oozes with coastal charm. The size of this town ensures that it has even more year round activities available to residents with excellent transport links, a castle and a busy port. There are long sandy beaches to be enjoyed by the whole family and there are a variety of educational options to choose from. Calpe
