What does it cost to sell a property in Spain?
No upfront fees. Our commission is agreed at instruction and only payable on successful completion. You should also budget for capital gains tax if applicable, plusvalía municipal tax, lawyer's fees and any outstanding community or mortgage costs. We will walk you through the full picture before you commit.
How long does it take?
It depends on the property, price, and demand. Correctly priced properties sell significantly faster than overpriced ones. We have completed sales in three days and others that took six months. We give honest expectations.
Do I need to be in Spain to sell?
No. A power of attorney allows your lawyer to complete the sale. We manage the entire process remotely.
