A four bed property that is designed for families, the home has a closed naya, BBQ area, open plan living room and fully fitted kitchen with breakfast bar. The most private of the holiday rentals, this 2 bed villa sleeps six and has an open plan living room and fully fitted kitchen. The smallest of the properties, this single bed cottage has one double bedroom, open plan living room and kitchen. The property is suitable for couples and achieves upwards of 59 Euros per day. The property has been developed to take full advantage of the rental potential whilst still maintaining some privacy. It is equipped with a 40KW generator and two fresh water tanks holding around 150,000 litres of water. Electricity is mains supplied whilst waste water goes into a number of separate septic tanks. There is also solar heating which is currently only used to heat the pool.
