This villa is a home that feels like it’s part of the landscape, blending naturally into its surroundings.
Designed with concrete platforms and wooden pergolas, the house follows the slope of the land, shaping the living spaces around it. You enter through a pavilion that opens up to breath-taking panoramic views of the area.
On the first level down, you’ll find the master bedroom with a walk-in closet, en-suite bathroom, and a private terrace. The next level down has three large bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom and private terrace. The main living areas are on the third level. The living and dining space are separate from the kitchen, but sliding doors allow you to combine them into one large, open space. On this level we also have a guest toilet. With four glass sliding doors open from the living room to the outside, the home feels completely connected to nature.
Down on the basement level, there’s a spacious entertainment area, including a game room, TV lounge, bar, guest toilet and a gym. Even here, natural light flows in from the pool above, creating a soft, shimmering glow.
All levels are connected via internal and external staircases, or via the lift.
Every detail of the house, from the high-quality materials to the way it interacts with the landscape, has been carefully considered to create a warm, inviting space that feels one with nature.
